Have Gerbers and a BOM?

An engineer reads both before the quote goes out, and tells you what we would change — before you have paid us anything.

Bare board

Board types and substrates we fabricate.

Everything on this list is made on our own line in Bao'an. We do not broker your board out to a third-party fab house and put our name on it — a prototype board leaves in 3–4 days and mass production in 8–16, with an expedited prototype in as little as 24 hours.

Before, during, after

What we check, and when.

Four checkpoints in the order they happen — three of them while the boards are still ours. The first one runs before you have paid us anything.

01 — Before we quote

Your files, read by an engineer

Gerbers, BOM and any assembly drawing are read by a person, not priced by a machine. Line width, spacing, annular ring, board outline and panel fit are checked against what our line can actually hold.

  • Nothing is priced before it is read
  • Checked against the line’s real limits
  • Changes explained before the quote goes out
02 — While it runs

The paste, measured deposit by deposit

Solder paste is printed through a laser-cut stencil, then measured by eight 3D SPI units before a single component is placed.

  • Eight 3D SPI units
  • Out of spec, and nothing gets placed
  • Measured on every board, not a sample
03 — While it runs

Every joint, checked

Placement and joints are checked by in-line and offline AOI, hidden joints by 3D X-ray. First article inspection is signed on the first board of a run, before the run continues.

  • 26 AOI systems
  • 3D X-ray on hidden joints
  • FAI signed before the run continues
04 — Before it ships

The test, before it leaves

Electrical test on every finished board, functional test against your fixture where one exists. Test records and certificates go out with the shipment, not on request afterwards.

  • Electrical test on every board
  • Functional test against your fixture
  • Records and certificates in the box

Industries

Three industries where a certificate is the qualifier.

Most PCB shops list ten industries on the home page. We list the three where a specific certificate is what makes it possible for a regulated buyer to use a factory this size at all.

Six standards, and the paperwork behind each one.

Every mark here is a real certificate, not a claim — the issuing body and the certificate number sit with it, and the scan is on file.

Common questions

What buyers ask first.

Can I order just one piece?

Yes. There is no minimum order quantity — 1 piece of PCB or PCBA is fine. It is how you validate a design in your own hands before committing to a run.

How fast will I get a quote?

We reply within 2 hours and issue the quote within 24. A large or unusual assembly BOM can take up to 48 hours, and we will tell you when that applies.

How long does production take?

Assembly: 7 days up to 5 units, 14 days up to 1,000, 21 days up to 10,000. A bare board is faster — 3–4 days for a prototype.

What certifications do you hold?

IATF 16949 for automotive, ISO 13485 for medical, ISO 9001 and IPC-A-610 Class III for assembly, plus UL, RoHS and CE. If your product is regulated, tell us at the quote stage.

Can you source the components as well?

Yes. We buy through our own supply chain, so a bare board and a BOM come back as a finished assembly. You can also supply your own parts, or mix the two.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Our customers are in Europe, the Americas and Asia. Tell us your destination at the quote stage and we confirm the shipping method and transit time.
